The Daily 12 Minute Workout program has proven to deliver incredible quick full-body workouts, which bring muscle toning, strengthening, energy, mood, and cardiovascular improvements to its participants.

The Fitness School Fundraising Program has been created to encourage the pursuit of health & wellness in our families while supporting Canadian education programs and sports initiatives. Through your purchase of the fitness subscription, 100% of initial sign-up proceeds will be rewarded directly to your school and/or extra curricular programs coordinated by your school’s leadership, PAC and teachers. How to sign up for the Daily 12 Minute Workout program to support your school:

1. Click on the yellow 'subscribe' button below to sign up for your monthly subscription. Following purchase your Daily 12 Minute Workout videos will arrive in your email inbox within 2 business days of signing up. Monthly subscription will run month to month from the first day you receive a workout. Workout videos are sent directly to you via email daily at 1am PST. Cancellation can be made at anytime with no penalty.
